The box showed up looking okay, but wow, it was about as exciting as watching paint dry. Nothing was damaged or anything, so that’s good, but there was definitely no magical unboxing moment here. Just a regular box doing the bare minimum.

I was expecting a lot more styles to choose from, but most of the designs felt similar. I had a hard time finding anything I actually liked. On top of that, the terms seemed to change from what I originally thought, which was frustrating and made the whole experience feel a bit less straightforward

I asked for a small change on my pendant, i was nervous it might not come out the way I pictured it. But they absolutely nailed it. They sent me updates before making it, which was such a relief because I could actually see things coming together before the big reveal. When it arrived, it was safe, perfect, and exactly what I wanted. Very happy with how everything turned out

I brought my ring in for a repair and they got it done really quickly, which I definitely appreciated. It looks good again and I’m happy to be able to wear it, but I did feel like the finish could’ve been a tiny bit cleaner in a couple spots. Overall, solid experience and the fast turnaround was a big plus.

That said, there were a couple of moments where they seemed a little unsure and had to check on things rather than knowing the answer right away. Not a bad experience overall, just felt like they knew some things better than others.

It looks fine once you finally get everything done, but there were way too many steps just to set it up/use it. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot better quality and be less of a hassle. It’s not terrible, but it definitely feels overpriced to me.

Support did get back to me and eventually fixed the problem, so I’m glad it worked out. It just took longer than I expected, and I found myself checking my inbox a few times waiting for the reply. Not a terrible experience, just a little slow

I got my ring last week, the diamond looks super clear. No cloudy spots or anything that jumps out at me. In daylight it actually looks even nicer, which kind of tells me the quality is there even if I’m no expert. Happy with it overall.

I had to follow up with support a couple times about my warranty claim, which got frustrating. To be fair, they did eventually sort it out, but the waiting around was annoying. Anyway.

It felt like there were a lot of little conditions to keep track of, and not much room if you simply change your mind or the piece doesn’t look the way you pictured it in person. I had to read through the policy twice to make sure I understood it.

Customer service did get back to me, so that part wasn’t terrible, but the overall return process didn’t feel very simple. For buying jewelry online, I was hoping it would be smoother. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was completely sure about what I was getting.

The site actually felt real to me, and I didn’t have any major concerns. I just wish the shipping info was a little clearer before checkout.

The ring looks just like the pictures, shipping was quicker than I expected, and my wife loves it. i blame her for making me look like I actually know how to pick jewelry.
